Organic, Non GMOBroccoli is an essential sprouting seed grown for unparalleled levels of sulforaphane, a compound linked to a multitude of health benefits. Clearly label your starts since seeds are nearly indistinguishable from cabbage and mustard. Broccoli is a small, soft-shell seed requiring a brief 4-6 hour soak followed by 4-6 days in the dark. Sprouting broccoli is temperature sensitive and, though sprouted indoors, germinates slower in winter than summer.
